Each testimonial is created by the individual that has used our service and the subsequent review is published by them. Each reviewers IP address is recorded, the subsequent data (called hcard microformat) is then collected by search engines and validated. Some individuals are willing to use their name when posting a testimonial and can easily be corroborated via a search of the person's name/profile on the internet, usually returning search results that include Linkedin profiles of the individual and position.
