After a job application, there can be any number of factors as to why you have not received the acknowledgement and response you hoped for. This is why we offer a free initial telephone consultation to critique any existing CVs you have, to see if we can spot issues that may be preventing traction in your process. To book a time, e-mail your current document to [email protected], and one of our consultants will review your CV and contact you with feedback.

We believe that we offer a unique, cost-effective service. All of our consultants have at least 15 years’ experience in the recruitment field, are up to date on the competitive nature of the marketplace and know exactly what employers, recruitment agencies and ‘head hunters’ look for in terms of format and content.
Once your order has been placed, one of our consultants will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable consultation time with you and request any further information we will require such as an existing CV (if available) and details of a particular role you are applying for, if necessary. If at this stage, you have not paid, a secure payment will be taken over the telephone.
The reason why we take payment up front is twofold; firstly because the in-depth telephone consultation which you will have with one of our consultations lasts around an hour and makes up part of the fee; secondly, because this eliminates the possibility of someone cancelling on the day of the consultation, or not making the consultation at all and taking up a valuable time slot which could have been used to assist another client.
We fully understand that unforeseen circumstance at work or home can arise on occasion and with this in mind, we are very flexible should you need to re-arrange your consultation time; we just require 36 hours notice.
Depending on the service you have selected, you will receive a first draft CV in 1,2, or 5 to 7 working days or longer depending on what has been agreed between us. It is not the final document.
We work on a first draft principle whereby the first draft is based on the information that you provide and how we advise this be presented to interested parties.
If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days then we will understand this to mean that your CV has been completed to your requirements, that you are satisfied with the work, and this will mark the completion of the CV or the CV element if you purchased a package of services. Any further work after the 7 days will need to be booked via our services and fees page:
Together, we then work to finalise the content of the first draft CV provided and we will look to ensure that the final document provides what you require in accordance with your revisions and our professional recommendations.
Once we finish the final amendments to your CV we will send it to you. You might have a need to contact us over a minor detail and we can resolve this by email for you.

Depending on your background and the level you have achieved thus far in your career, then is a very feasible possibility.
As an example, you may have moved from your core background of being a CFO and become a CEO, but the roles you are looking to move to next could be either.
This would require two CVs because even though there would be some 60 - 70% cross over of function, this could not be properly conveyed within one CV. We would create a CV for each role and the bias for each would be towards the position required.
