A structured forensic interview replicating Tracey’s personal consultation style. The platform asks probing questions about career history, achievements, scale, and context, auto-detects your sector, and tailors questions accordingly. Tracey defines a specific target direction for you: role, sector, and brief. The platform analyses the gap between your current CV and the target role and generates a prioritised list of suggested changes. Applied one by one or in bulk, with your CV updating in real time.
