At first I was very hesitant to delegate the writing of such a personal document. The initial interview quickly makes the client understand that this exercise goes really in depth, far from being a simple editing approach.
Results were great and exceeded my expectations, given the quantity of useful information provided, on top of an outstanding outcome.
