You can get blinkered into doing what you always do – Martin helped break this down and via the initial hour telephone conversation helped to tease out some competencies and strengths that I had not emphasised enough. The end result was a CV that was quite different to my original which has subsequently had good feedback from the recruitment head-hunter’s/agencies.
